Travis's draft reads like someone who fell in love at the combine and never checked the medical tent. Kenyon Sadiq at 1.08 is a genuinely elite TE prospect, but he had hernia surgery May 28, missed the entire spring, and this league has zero TE premium. Every prep source said the same thing: do not pay round-1 retail for a position the format discounts, especially one rehabbing. Germie Bernard at 2.08 was flagged as a major faller on CBS's final board days before the draft. Anthony Richardson at 3.08 is the right kind of gamble, a former top-5 pick at a round-3 price in Superflex, and Kirk Cousins at 4.08 is honest QB2 insurance for a room where Stafford is 38 and Nix needs a safety net. The roster still tilts on Bijan, the second-most valuable asset in dynasty, and Tyler Warren, but the supporting cast is aging in dog years: Stafford 38, Lamb 27, Sutton 30, Hockenson 29, DJ Moore 29.

Sadiq at 1.08. Reach flagged in advance by literally every source in the prep file. The talent may bail him out, the process does not.
3-YEAR OUTLOOK
Soft contender on a two-year clockPlayoff team. Bijan and Lamb win weeks by themselves, Nix is a top-12 SF QB, and Warren-Ferguson-Hockenson is deep TE coverage. The Sadiq pick does not even need to play this year.
The squeeze. Stafford is done or retired, Lamb 28, Sutton 31, and the QB room becomes Nix plus prayers unless Richardson hit. Sadiq needs to be startable NOW for the 1.08 to grade out. Full pick sheet is the escape hatch.
Bijan 26 and Warren 26 keep the floor high, but this roster needs a 2027 QB class hit and a WR refresh to avoid becoming the league's most talented 6-8 team. The deadline-sell decision probably arrives mid-2027.
